My name is Rachael Tvrdy,

I am a Catholic writer, speaker, and formator whose work explores the intersection of Theology of the Body, embodiment, and trauma-informed healing. I studied at the Pontifical John Paul II Institute for Studies on Marriage and Family in Rome and am currently in formation to become a spiritual director.

Getting to know your inner self is one of the greatest works one can do in this life.  I too, am on a journey, every day, re-establishing my relationship with my inner child. I love to share God's vision for the human person, walk alongside   women on their journey, and help others heal from disembodiment and barriers to communion.
